Migrate the lookout application to a new computer

My problem is the computer who has the lookout 6.1 application is counting its days, so we need to reinstall all in a new one. We install the lookout 6.1 SW and the OPC servers that it needs to communicate with the PLCs, one GE and other Allen-Bradley. The application is using the Ingear OPC servers for Allen Bradley and GE Fanuc.

We didn't’ change anything in the application we only passed to the new computer and the application it’s not  loading, when we run it, it stays downloading the application for more of 5 minutes and nothing happened.

I went to the OPC server configuration and change it to simulation, and the lookout application open perfectly, I tested both OPC  servers. Finally I remarked that AB OPC server is not a problem but When the GE fanuc OPC server is not in simulation, the  lookout app doesn’t download. I went to the PLC configuration in the lookout   and I found this:

Is it all right? Did I missing some extra installation may be a patch for look out? I forget to write that the old computer is win vista and the new one is XP.
