I am collecting a fairly large amount of data from an allen bradley PLC using the OPC IA servers. The PLC is a 5/05 but I use the PLC5 in the IA OPC server becuse it doesn't support the 5/05. I collect between 50 and 150 different registers from (7) seperate remote PC's connected on a LAN to the PLC. If I collect 20 String registers (ST64:xx), I get them without a problem. If I ask for more (55), I get none of them but I do collect the other register (F8:xx and f12:xx as well as several Bx:y registers). Any idea what's up with the string reads?
