Reading a negative value when it should be positive.

Hello Folks:

I am remotely troubleshooting a Lookout 4.5 system that "was" working fine until an operator tried to upgrade the system to 5.0 and half-way through the installation it balked and they backed out.

Now many readings are negative when they should be positive and values are off too in some cases.

The PLCs are Allen-Bradleys and are reading correctly at the sources, yet they are wrong within the Lookout panel.

Any ideas where I should start?

Kevin,
I would definitely reinstall Lookout -- whether it be 4.5 or 5.0.  Uninstall 4.5 first.  Also, the following KB may be of interest.
