Tick Box to Save Back Up State File becomes unticked when Lookout closes

I am trying to save the the backup state file. For say 6 processes out of 10 the tick box and the path is cleared when Lookout is closed/restarted. The source (lkS) file is correct but the information is not picked up. The remaining 40% of processes work fine.

I was loading the processes using using different loaders. Apparently you need to tick the box and enter the path in all the possible loading mechanisms.
