Transfer Lookout 6.1 project from one PC to another PC

I'm planning to transfer my project (with multiple processes) from one PC (Windows 2000, SP4) to another PC (Windows XP, SP2).  Is there a procedure as how to do this?

Copy all process files, graphics and any other dependencies (activex, excel files, etc.)
