Using RSLinx OPC and Modbus through same comm. port?

I want to use the OPC driver w/RSLinx to communicate to a CompactLogix PLC.  The system already has a Modbus driver running.  Will the RSLinx driver interfere with teh Modbus driver?

RSLinx and Lookout, the two being different apps, will not be able to share the same COM port.
