Thanks for contacting National Instruments. I understand that certain computers are able to open the client process fine, while other give you the error you indicate. You need to ensure that the Internet Explorer security settings are not set to high. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools»Options»Security and change the settings to 'medium-low' or 'low' for all the locations.
