What does Modbus excpetion response 2 (Illegal data address) - function code 1 (start=800, count=410) mean?

I replaced a Control Microsystems Scada PLC with an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400.  It communicates via a Modbus modem with kenwood radios to the host computer.  The host computer running Lookout has a serial connection to the modbus modem.  I did not change anything on the lookout software but this is the message that I got.

Do I need to delete the configured points and re-create them with the new addresses?

What does “start=” and “count =” mean?

Do I need to change anything in the Advance Modbus Options for the maximum values to work with an Micrologix 1400?

The slave likely doesn't support the range of bits requested.
