What if Traces does not bring up the points in the database

Solved!

While attempting to access and download data from the Citadel database in Lookout 4.0, each time Excel is opened, a query selected and Traces is selected, the Excel program goes to "not responding" and just sits there until the task is manually ended.  I recently fixed a corrupted Citadel database and since that time I have not been able to download to Excel.  Any help on determining whether this is an Excel 2003 issue or a Citadel 4.0 issue would be greatly appreciated.

I tried on my computer with excel2003, but got an error. I think it's the Citadel4 ODBC driver's issue.
Please create a new Citadel4 database, log some data, and try to import to Excel. If it works, your current database has something wrong. but if it doesn't work either, I believe the ODBC driver is not good enough.
If it's the odbc driver's issue, I suggest you to upgrade Lookout, since Lookout 6.x uses Citadel 5, which is much better.
Unfortunately we don't provide a upgrade for Citadel only.
