When updating file on web server clients do not download new file

I have set up a computer to run as a web server, and when I connect to the computer for the first time from a computer with the web player the appropriate files are downloaded with no problem. But if I update the file on the web server, the computer running the web player does not download the new file when I connect to the server computer again using the same URL I used the initial time.

The Server is running Windows 2003 server and the client is running Windows XP. The Lookout version is 5.1.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello Jason,

I am guessing you are building a web client process. As you might already know, whenever a value changes in the server, it automatically is updated in the client process. Since you are saying that only the first time you make the connection, you are able to get it working, I would try and have the client in the same computer and see if you can get that working. Once we have it in the same computer, we might be able to get to the problem. Hope this helps.

I probably wasn't clear enough. Value changes are updating, editing changes are not.

For whatever changes you make in the development mode to the server/client, you would have to re-export it, to see the changes.
