Will Lookout run on Windows CE? On a panel pc with 600Mhz processor, 256MB flash, 256MB DRAM? Not going to log anything, just simple local control application.

No, Windows CE is a completely different monster.

 

I have run it on XP Embedded, 7 Embedded.

 

If CE is required, look into InduSoft.
