alarm printing problem

I am having problems manually printing my alarm journal. A proccess I wrote for some reason will not print to either my printer or a .csv file. When I open any Lookout example proccess, .ie batch2, supervisory2, or create a new proccess, I can print no problem. I cannot find any differences between settings between the working/non-working proccesses. I have looked at everything I can think of (filters, select proccess, etc.) but since it works with new or examples, I think there must be something in my proccess but I can't find it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi There:

How have you set up your application to print alarms? Do you have a push button that you have set equal to the $Alarm.Print data member?
Take a look at the document below.

Also, does your process name have an underscore in it, eg. Process_1? Lookout uses a database called Citadel which in its current version uses underscore, _, as a special character. This results in Alarms being excluded from printing.

Thanks for replying. I did find the problem, and it was the underscore in my filename.
