bit and & bit or

I try to set/read a bit of a V-memory of DL260, But I couldn't find the "bit and" & "bit or" instruction.

for example Binary 0110 ?? 0011 = 0010

&, &&, AND doesn't work.

If you can use another method to set/read one bit, it would be fine.

Lookout doesn't have the bit operation on a word or numeric.
