can view tags in Server Explorer but not Lookout

I have an OPC Server running on my XP Pro PC.
The OPC Server is made by OPCSystems.Net (Open Automation Software, Inc.)
This OPC Server has several tags, like Sine, Ramp, Random....

The simulated, "live" data on these tags are
visible in the National Instruments Server Explorer 2.4.1.


I cannot browse these tags in Lookout.

And I tried to enter the server/tag name directly in Lookout without browsing.
I guessed at what the syntax would be.

I cannot subscribe to any of these tags in Lookout.
but i can view everything in NI Server Explorer..

please help
