horizontal lines in trends

The time that is used for the time stamp changes causing horizontal lines in the trends and problems in the spread sheet. What causes the time to change and what clock is it sync with the PC time is not changing that is running lookout

The problem we are having is when data is logged to the spead sheet the time in lookout is changing this cause the datalog time stamp to be out of oreder and we are seeing horazontal lines on our trends. See Image

I had a similar issue a few years back with an AMD dual/quad core machine.

What is it running on?

I have a similar system for testing using a Xeon on VMWare and have not experienced this issue.

We are using Time Synchronization if I turn that service off after lookout starts the problem goes away. If I go to option the Time Synchronization option is grayed out is this because I don't have the proper login to view this option or does my software license not have this option.
