how do I move Lookout 6.1 to a new computer

What is the process of moving Lookout 6.0 to a new computer. Since Lookout 6.0 looks at the computer ID, can I move 6.0 to a new computer with XP with a different ID? My old Win2k computer is dying  and I need to upgrade.

You need to call National Instruments for activation.
