I registered Lookout 5.0 Developer and Integrator software, but I have not yet received my keycode. I tried the old one from 4.5 and it does not appear to work. Therefore, I assume that I need a new one.

I believe that you have to call in and get your new key code. That's the way I have done it in the past. I think the number is 866-275-6964.
