logon failed

I am getting the following message when starting lookout 5 and have not been able to correct the problem any suggestions?

logon failed  invalied lookout securety file

[.avi file]

  1) Check for administrator privileges.

   2) this error occurs if there is not a Lookout.sec file in the system32 folder. To fix the problem, try uninstalling Lookout and then reinstall the same.

I found the lookout.sec file in the system32 folder and replaced it with a backup file and it took care of the problem.
