lookout 4.1 web client

I have a client running Lookout 4.1, we have tried the 4.0 and 4.5 web clients but all have failed. The client loads but will not load the process files, no errors are announced. All the codebase and locations are set correctly.
Any ideas?

Does the screen just freeze. Does it download anything?

You may want to check your export options (specifically the server url - remember to include the http://). More information on this can be found at:
