My customer has Lookout 6.5 loaded on a Dell laptop, dual core, 7 gig hard drive, Windows 7 OS. When we try to launch Lookout, it fails with the message: could not connect to Citadel server.
So then I went into the services manager for windows. I noticed that the Citadal server was not running. When I tried to start it manually it failed with the message: error 1068, the dependancy service group failed to start.
I then noticed that license manager service was not running so I manually tried it start it but got the error message: windows could not start the NILM license manager service on local computer.
We uninstalled and then re-installed the whole Lookout software compliment. Still the same problem.
Anybody had this problem with 6.5 and Windows 7 OS?

The Citadel service depends on the National Instruments PSP Server Locator
