lookout windows 7 ethernet driver

I'm using Lookout 6.2 with Windows 7, GE 90-30 PLC with IC693CMM321 Ethernet module, I can ping the module fine but the driver does not recognize the port, we have other machines using Vista and 6.2 works fine with them.  Do you have any idea what the problem is?  Thanks, Bill

I am running Lookout 5.0 and also 6.1 and can connect via cmm 321 ethernet module on the 90-30 with 351 cpu. The Lookout drivers works fine. My problem is I am now running version 6.5 and the Lookout driver for 90-30 is not compatible.. What is needed to communicate Lookout 6.5 to G.E. 90-30 ethernet tcp/ip (CMM 321 ethernet card)

Please help.

We are using windows 7 and Lookout 6.5 and Lookout 6.7 both are working well with the Ge_Series90 driver set to ethernet protocol.

We are using the CCM 321 ethernet card.

We had a similar problem, and found if you run lookout.exe "as administrator", the ge driver appears to work ok.
