missing fields in citadel

Hi, I am using lookout v5.0. When I try to import ALL the fields from the Citadel database to Excel, I only have these fields as heading in 4 columns

"LocalTime"

"UTCTime"

"Interval"

"Resolution"

and I can´t see any data in the sheet.

Can anyone help me?

                 Thanks for using National Instruments discussion forums. Im not sure about the procedure that you are using to import the information from Citadel to Excel.
