opc server no longer available

I am using Allen Bradley OPC server.  Upon installing Lookout and RS Linx on a new PC when starting up the project Lookout shows configuring OPC server, then the item is longer available/ (AB10)N7:20).  I have no firewall enabled, I have this on a bench with no PLC's connected.  I am using modem radios to A/B Micro's.

Which Lookout version are you using?

If the RSLinx and Lookout are installed on a same computer, it is not the firewall issue. The communication between Lookout and the RSLinx has something wrong.

If you expand the OPClient object in Object Explorer, do you see all the addresses, including the N7:20? 

Try the Server Explorer to test the data. If Server Explorer, or other OPC client utility cannot read the data either, the problem is in the OPC Server. Maybe it is not configured properly.

Did the process work before on other computer?
