This is very likely now what you are looking for but still...
Assuming you are already talking to Profibus and want to make this data available via Modbus, You can use Lookout as a Profibus to Modbus "software converter." Use the ModbusSlave object and connect all the interested data from Profibus to appropriate Modbus registers. You can now use your ModbusSlave as a "Modbus virtual PLC!"
