"Could not load class" Lookout 6.5 with DirectSOFT 5 on Windows 7

We are currently trying to upgrade our HMI from an XP machine to a Windows 7 machine.  The process works on the XP machine, but when moving it, it says "could not load class" and references the Direct Logic object "dscomm.cbx".  I've made sure the dscomm file is in the lookout folder and tried deleting the lookout.dat file, and it is still not working.  Will this not work in Windows 7?  Thanks.

I think the highest possibility is that the direct logic driver can not work with Windows 7, you can use NI OPC Servers for DirectLogic PLCs.
