scaling panels in lookout / graphics problems

Two questions in one I suppose-

1. Is there any way to easily scale an entire panel
in lookout?

2. Anyone else noticed that things don't line up properly when you move from computer to computer (even if they have the same resolution) - anything to be done about this?

One way to scale the panel would be adjusting the control/graphic position index in the source file. You can edit the source file in notepad. But this does not seem an solution to the issue here because when you move the application from one machine to other, the source file remains the same and so does the position index.

I tried opening a lookout application in different resolution and it still retains the positions. So I am not very sure why things don't line up properly when you move from computer to computer. Do those two machines have a different version of lookout? Do you see this scaling issue with controls/graphics or both?
