virus protection attacking lookout?

I am running Lookout  6.0 on windows XP.  I have a 500 unit license and an integrator developer  license.

We had a virus attack that required us to change our virus protection  software.  Once we had cleaned the virus, Lookout runtime would not run  without a username and password.  We did not previously have to enter a username or password.  Regardless of the password I enter, I see a message: "Logon failed:  Lookout security file does not  exist!"

Also, when I try to  run Lookout, my virus software (Avast!) catches ljJARkhf.dll as a trojan  virus.  Is this a file used by Lookout?

I tried repairing  the software from the installation CD, but that did not work.  I got a  message that Lookout was already installed and the repair did not  run.

How can I get  Lookout running again?

Thanks for your  help.
