Fatal error: TNT.10049 with Matrixx 6.0.6

After installing a new motherboard in a target system, I started receiving a fatal error message from the target, TNT. 10049. All is fine through the autocode, build, compile, link and download. A soon as I start the controller from the GUI console, the error appears. Host system is running NT4.0, Matrixx 6.0.6 and Pharlap TNT DOS-Extender Ver 8.03. The target motherboard installed is an Intel (Tabor 2). Documentation points to the number of NIStack buffers, but I don't see where or how to change from the default value. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide some additional detail. Is the traget system one of the ISI RealSim products such as the AC100 Model C30 or C40, etc.?

The system is an ISI Realsim C_PC AC100 Model C30 with two PCI-40A carriages installed mounting two IP-HiADC-PCI, two IP-DAC-PCI and one IP-DIG24_PCI modules.
