The vendor Reactive Systems provides the ability to automatically generate test vectors to validate Simulink models.

Is there such a feature in SystemBuild?
What about for Labview?

They may have an interface to MATRIXx and they are aware of FAA guidance as it relates to software development. The president was a member of the committee that came up with DO-178B, as such, depending on your application area opening a dialog with them could be of substantial benefit.
