Balser USB3 color camera Timeout error

Balser acA200-165uc camera

Connected USB3.0 port

Opened in MAX

Keep getting this timeout error, sometimes 5 seconds, sometimes 15 seconds after 'Grab'

I searched this issue in the forum, and found many users encountered this exact error. Some suggested it was the USB3.0 host controller, other suggested limiting the bandwidth of the camera. 

I reduced 'Device Link Throughput Limit' down a lot. It reduced the 'Frame Rate' from 94 down to 13, but still the Timeout error kept showing up. 

I have another Balser camera, acA2000-165um, it works fine on this computer.

So it seems like a color Balser camera needs a better computer to run it?? If that is the case, I can switch.
