CC1 triggering not working in IMAQ 4.3.1

I have an exe that tests cameras and one of the tests is to test the CC1 triggering of a camera.  The exe was built using LV8.5.1 with IMAQ 3.8 and works fine, but when I use the exe with IMAQ 4.3.1, the CC1 triggering test does not work (I cannot acquire images).  Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

I've also reproduced this problem in MAX.  It works fine on 1 computer that has IMAQ 3.8 installed but the station with IMAQ 4.3.1.  Attached is screenshot of problem.  I change Trigger Period but the Frames per second indicator stays the same.

Both have NI PCI-1428 cards.

I've narrowed this situation to a change from IMAQ 4.1 to IMAQ 4.3.  IMAQ 3.8, 4.0, 4.1 do not have this problem.  I'm in contact with Technical Support about this issue.

I just got word back from NI that this is a bug and will be fixed in IMAQ 4.4.

No word as to when IMAQ 4.4 will be released.  Email is below.

Hi Bruce, I just heard back from R&D.  It seems that they are aware of and have fixedthis issue.  The fix should be coming out with the next release of IMAQ(4.4), which I should be able to get you by the middle of next week.  Willthat be an acceptable time frame?  If not, please let me know, and I willlook into getting you a Beta release.  Thanks for taking the time topinpoint the version of IMAQ that the issue arose.  I look forward tohearing from you.  Have a great day. Regards, Kristen HeckApplications EngineerNational Instruments

Any word on the status of IMAQ 4.4?

I just spent the whole day debugging a system that won't work after a LV2009/IMAQ4.3 upgrade.  Seems the linescan acquisition is not getting triggered.  No solution yet.

I spent a lot of time debugging this issue too.  If you can't wait, going back to IMAQ 4.1 is probably your best option.  Tech support told me yesterday that it's going to be 3 weeks until the update will be available (originally they said this week but they hit some issues).

You can get it from here.  Haven't checked to see if this issue was resolved yet though.  I'll try and write back when I verify this.

IMAQ 4.4 fixed the problem I had with triggering a linescan camera.

The application worked properly from the very first time I ran it in 4.4.
