You can try adding the two successive images together (to overlay one on top of the other) and then once you've found the particles, use the Caliper function to determine the displacement.
Thank you for answering my question. I did not have only one or several particls in the image, so some of them will overlap each other , even if they do not overlap, when teo images added together, Can you tell which particle is which.
