Hi Frank Noe,
Have you connected the device and set it up as specified in the manuals? A good place to look to ensure you have taken the proper setup steps is the 1464 RT's getting started guide. Pay particular attention to the steps listed on pages 8-12. If you have everything connected and setup properly, and are still encountering this issue, take a look in the 1464's user manual in appendix D. On pages D-4 and D-5, the manual lists troubleshooting steps for the device not being listed as a target in VBAI. Hope this helps.

Have you tried using the reset IP DIP switch on the front of the EVS? This should reset its IP to the default state (DHCP with a fail-over to a link-local address). If you have it plugged directly into your PC after this it should be detected and then you can reconfigure the IP how you like.

I`ve dont resetting to IP and it didnt give me the desired result. the old IP is 169.254.196.159. Do i have to make my developed computer`s IP the same or in which way i have to deal with this issue?.

That 169.254.x.x address is an automatic link-local address that is used when no DHCP server can be found. Your PC should follow the same mechanism and get an address in the same subnet if it is connected to the same network and configured for DHCP. Is it possible the network port on your PC is configured to a fixed IP address? Can you switch it to Automatic / DHCP mode?

when i make DHCP automatic mode it doesnt see the IP adress of EVS and it`s possible to make my PC static IP and as i know it has to be 169.254.X.X which X can be changed i tried that but alas it didnt work either...i tried also crossed ethernet cable and it didnt work...is there any way for solving this by using MAX and labview real time module
