Crashes IMAQ PCI-1424 & KodakKAI11000

Hello,
I'm using NI-IMAQ PCI-1424 with the Measurement & Automation Explorer driver software on a Windows XP system and interfaced to a Kodak KAI11000 camera. It worked fine for a while and lately I've been experiencing frequent crashes, particularly if more than commands (clicks) are issued through the "Measurement & Automation Explorer" tool. Here are some examples of the associated error log messages:
Tuesday, March 16, 2004 Application Error Faulting application nimax.exe, version 3.0.0.3014, faulting module niimaqui.mxx, version 2.6.0.0, fault address 0x00011ec4.
Thursday, March 25, 2004 Application Error Faulting application nimax.exe, version 3.0.0.3014, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x0003390

I met exactly the same problem.

How do you get it over?

In addtion, now my setup just does not work well.
