I tried prewitt and perimeter analysis but again the difference is very little in terms of good and bad (couple of pixels).

Instead of grabing the entire object, Can you focus and bring the Region of intrest to only the arc? This way you get more useful pixels.

Is it possible to achieve it by using Mask Image (Masked region that is outside the Acr)?

And also, i've encounter new problem in this project as well. What i intend to do is compare the "Colour and Pattern" of the image with master sample.

However, by using "Colour Pattern Matching" the result is not significant at all.

So,other then using "Colour Pattern Matching", is there any other way to achieve the comparison?
