Different color ROIs

Hi hatef,

thanks for your contribution. Your proposal goes down the alley of converting the drawn ROIs into colored overlays, a neat and simple one, come to that. 

The huge disadvantage of this approach in my opinion is the missing possibility of being able to move ROIs around and changing their size without losing other properties like order in which they were drawn. As stated in my use case description this behavior disqualifies the "overlay" approach, at least when applied in this manner.

But thanks anyway for the code. Might be a good point to start with on a more sophisticated trial.

As I mention in other related topic . it was just simple code for help,  you can develop this code for example regard mouse click and drag to improve it but it is only method to cover this disadvantage of vision indicator
