It looks like muks has already pointed you in the right direction Here for the IMAQ for USB installer. A word of caution though, these different versions of the IMAQ for USB are not officially supported. However, USB cameras that are Direct Show Compliant are supported in Vision Acquisition 2009 and later.

I'm working on what you recommended now. Yesterday, I try to install LV8.0, which may be not compatible with my desktop. My desktop was installed by LV 8.6. I may uninstall LV 8.6 completely. My desktop got blue screen and not restart again when I install Lv 8.0. I already sent it to IT help. When I got my PC, I will try to install LV 8.0. I am not sure if I can. 

Can I install LV 8.6 and LV 8.0 in one PC and use them simultaneously?

You can install different versions in the same pc and use it.
