Edge and Image subtraction

Hi.

I am totally new to Labview Vision. I have an image, with a cavitation cloud and other images, there is no cavitation cloud.
I've tried to remove the edges of the image without cavitation and then Subtract the image from the image with cavitation.
The problem is that labview shows the wrong image. I've tried to use the Sequence Structure, but it has not helped.

Is there anyone who can help?

What are you trying to do/measure on the image? Are you trying to extract the cavitation cloud to measure it?

I try to separate the cavitation cloud, to see how large an area it covers.

I will do this by subtracting an image with cavitation with an image without cavitation.
