Error 0xBFF6901E Unable to read/write to file

NI MAX application finds my GigEVision 2.0 camera but immediately reports "Error 0xBFF6901E Unable to read/write to file" after reading a handful of GigEVision registers, the last one being Pending Timeout register. After that it tries to get control access to the camera once again without releasing the first successful access control. Anyone seen anything like this?

I have the same error. Hoping for a response.

My issue was caused by the URL of the camera device XML file. The XML file had not just a file name but also a path which caused the error.
