Error -1074396080 Invalid Image Type for U64 data

Hello everyone;

I want to manipulate the image by extracting planes, can do it for U32 type but not for U64 type image. Second attached file does the job for U64, third one doesn't. Couldn't find the source of problem. Any suggestions ?

When I replaced Grayscale U8 with Grayscale U16 for image type in IMAQ Create to extract red and green planes in IMAQ ExtractColorPlanes, it worked. I acted little bit quickly to post it here.
