Failed to download to NI 17xx smart camera

Hy all

My problem is the following one:

When I try to deploy my VI (witch contain "Vision Acquisition.vi" from Vision-> Vision Express palette) to my NI 1746 smart camera I get the following error:

"Failed to download IMAQ GetImagePixelPtr
LabVIEW:  Failed to load shared library nivissvc.*:LV_GetImagePixelPtr_v2:C on RT target device"

 The  software instaled on camera is:

DataSocket for LabView Real-Time 4.5.5

Labview Real-Time 8.6

NI Vision RT8.6

NI-IMAQ RT 4.1.0

NI-IMAQ SERVER 2.6

Please help me.

My hunch would be that somehow the VIs you have in vi.lib were updated while the Vision libraries on the Smart Camera were not updated. Try going to MAX and forcing a reinstall of Vision RT onto your Smart Camera. This should ensure that the library on the camera matches the one installed on the host PC.
