Hi Mihai,

Thanks for getting in touch! There are a few things we need to check.

1. Make sure software has been installed in the correct order. LabVIEW 2017 must be installed first, followed by IMAQdx 2017.

2. Make sure IMAQdx is version 2017 or later. LabVIEW should be the lowest versioned software so drivers will support it. I've linked the latest version of Vision Acquisition Software below

NI Vision Acquisition Software 17.1

http://www.ni.com/download/ni-vision-acquisition-software-17.1/6879/en/

3. Make sure LabVIEW 2017 support was installed with the driver. During the driver installation, you should be able to select LabVIEW support, as shown in the screenshot below:

IMAQdx_Install.PNG

4. Please make sure the files have been installed. After installation, you can navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2017\vi.lib (if on a 64-bit machine) and fine a folder called "vision" which contains the Vision VI's.

5. Please ensure the computer was restarted after installation. If LabVIEW was open during the installation and the computer was not restarted, LabVIEW may not have loaded the components after they were installed. I hope this is helpful!

The function palettes could also be hidden.  If you go to "Change Visible Palettes", look at the ones that are checked.
