Get grey values along max feret diameter

Any way to extract gray values along the max feret diameter of a particle from a particle analysis operation?

Hello,

you can extract the coordinates:

1. Max Feret Diameter Start

2. Max Feret Diameter End

Then use IMAQ Light Meter (Line) to extract the pixel values along the line.
