GigE camera flashing

We have switched to the GigE cameras for our applications and are generally very happy.  However, we get a white FLASH during image transfer approximately every 100 to 200 image acquisitions.  This is our 3rd app with the GigE cameras (JAI) and it is happening in everyone.  JAI says it can't happen but we are seeing it (and so are our customers).  Has any one else seen this issue.  Maybe we have the trigger or Intel card set up worng.  We are doing everything NI and JAI has suggested so it does not seem to be an obvious problem.  I hope it is.

Please describe in a little more detail what is meant by flashing.  What VI are you using to acquire the images?  Are you able to save an example the flash image?

Thanks for the response.  By flashing I mean that the image comes in with all pixels having a grey scale value of 255.  I can get an image but am on the road and don't have one with me tonight.  I will try to get one at the customer's tomorrow.  Attached is a screen shot of our acquisition.  The cameras are triggered direct by the PLC.
