This is terrible. I was working with my VBAI 2011 file (I use LV2010 as user interface), and I was switching between configuration and user interface.
Suddenly when I switch to Configuration interface, all the stuff are gone!!! Worth my 2-day work. It was all empty, and the file size was only 1K (originally it was ~600k)
Can anybody advise me, how to recover the file?

You could try posting the vbai inspection in the forum, or I can contact you privately if you don't want it available to everyone. If the file size is only 1k, doesn't sound like it's there anymore. I assume you don't have any backup inspections or other files that might contain your custom UI. I have never heard of this happening before, so I'm not sure what could have caused this.
Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad,
Thanks for the offer to help. I have already overwrite the "empty" inspection file with a not-so-recent backup 😞
I was manipulating the state diagram in VBAI, and switching between configuration and inspection interface, and then suddenly the inspection file becomes empty. I hope it was due to my carelessness... otherwise there is really a problem out there.
Thank you

Sorry to hear about this...first time something like this has been reported to my knowledge. To help provide a backup, you can always save your Custom UI outside the inspection by going to Tools>>Inspection Interface Configuration and click on Edit and then Export to save the UI to disk outside the inspection...or you could just make backup copies of your inspection. Sorry about this and definitely let us know if this happens again.
Thanks,
Brad
