Hi
Is there any smart way to find the average histogram from histograms of several images? Can someone enlighten me?

As long as each histogram is calculated using the same range, you can just add them together and divide by the number of histograms. You might need to extract the Y data from a bundled graph.

Thanks Bruce
Do you mean something like this in the vi that I send? How should I then calculate a threshold from this resulting histogram? I have two classes of images c1 and c2. What I want to do is calculate HistAver=1/2(HavC1+HavC2), where HavC1, HavC2 are average histograms of each class respectively. In the end I would like to get the threshold for the entire database based on the HistAver. Is this doable?
