How to convert IMAQ Image to Matlab Image (and back)?

Hallo, all!

The question is following: how to send IMAQ Image to Matlab script and get some images back from Matlab script? Pretty sure its possible with arrays, but I don't know how is it possible to convert Matlab Array to an image in back (inside of script). Can you help with example for Matlab Script?
