How to extract a part of image from another lager image?

Hi .Please download the images named "333-1.png" and "333.png" from the attachments first.I want to  extract the  image named "333-1.png" from the image named "333.png" .But how can I do ? I hope that you can help me.Thanks.

You have forgotten the attachment. You can use the imaq extract vi for this purpose.
