How to extract several contours

Hello

I have an image (see enclosed picture) and I would like to extract 3 contours of the shape (a kind of dumbbell).

I need help on two things:

I have already reached to extract some contours (see my VI) but I would like to keep just the three of them which are the closer of the shape.

That would be my first request.

Then, I guess the method I used to extract my contours previously is not enough satisfying. Because actually, my project demands extracting 3 contours separated by a constant distance or step. And as you can see on my first enclosed file, it is not the case.

Please let me know if someone can help me  with this.

Can you post a marked image showing the countours that you wish to extract?

Thanks for your answer. Actually I want to extract the 2 closest contours of the main shape and eliminate the others which are noisy.

Please find enclosed the picture of the current contours.
