How to know the time of a aquired image in a sequence aquisition using IMAQ Vision Builder 6.0

I'm using NI IMAQ 2.2.1 and IMAQ Vision Builder 6.0 with a IMAQ PCI 1424 for aquiring images from a Duntech Camera. After i aquire images using sequence aquisition, the images are automatically stored in the processing window. They seem to be not stored in the system memory. I need to know the time when the images are acquired. When i save the images, i have the time information for the images when they are saved and not the time when they are actually aquired. Is there a way i could know the actual time the image was aquired?

Thanks in advance.

Sumani,

There is no way I know of to record the time of acquisition using Vision Builder. It does not have any functions for recording system time.

If your program was written in LabVIEW, you could record the system clock when the images were acquired. You could easily record values within a second of the actual acquisition time.
